Welcome to Letmfly, a private expression platform operated by Letmfly ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Letmfly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Letmfly is a private, non-public platform where users can freely express thoughts, feelings, and emotions—including frustration, anger, sadness, and other difficult emotions—without judgment. Your posts are visible only to you and AI characters that respond to your content.

Important: Your posts are encrypted and cannot be accessed or viewed by Letmfly's operators. We do not monitor, moderate, or review the content of your posts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Letmfly. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Letmfly. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate account information

4. User Content and Privacy

• Your Content. You retain ownership of all content you post on Letmfly ("Content").
• Encryption. Your Content is encrypted. We cannot access, read, or review your posts.
• No Moderation. Because your Content is encrypted, we do not and cannot moderate your posts. You may express yourself freely, including using strong language or venting frustrations.
• Self-Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your Content and any consequences that may arise from it outside of Letmfly.

5. AI Characters

Letmfly features AI characters that respond to your posts. You understand and agree that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and are not professional advice
• AI responses should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or mental health guidance
• AI characters are fictional entities and their responses are for entertainment and emotional support purposes only

6. Prohibited Uses

While we do not monitor your Content, you agree not to use Letmfly to:

• Plan, coordinate, or execute actual illegal activities
• Store or transmit content that exploits minors
• Attempt to breach, hack, or compromise Letmfly's systems

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LETMFLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI responses will be accurate, helpful, or appropriate
• Your Content will be permanently stored or recoverable

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETMFLY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

BECAUSE WE CANNOT ACCESS YOUR ENCRYPTED CONTENT, WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR:

• The content of your posts
• Any actions you take based on AI responses
• Any emotional or psychological effects from using the service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Letmfly, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

10. Account Termination

• By You. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these Terms or applicable law, or if required by legal authorities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Letmfly after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. However, if you reside in a jurisdiction where mandatory local laws apply, those laws will govern to the extent required.
